Dedication Post

    **WARNING — Photo Overload**

I opened up WordPress, only to see that I had 99 posts.

So, this post makes #100.
This is my HUNDREDTH post! WOW. . .time flies when you’re having fun!
Seems like just yesterday I was at 40. I do have to admit, I have posted a LOT more in the past few months, compared to when I started.

My first post was on December 4, 2007, so it didn’t even take me a year to get to the hundredth post. The first post was just a little hello to everyone. My second post was all about my photography blog, which is also on WordPress. Then I posted some anniversary pictures taken by Alisha. Then all about a few of my favorite things.

After those posts, which were all on December 4, 2007, I didn’t post again until February 7, 2008. So, I neglected the blog for a little while and then came back and made a lot of progress from there.

I can say that I definitely plan on posting a lot more about a lot more interesting things from here on out. If you have any requests, I’m game for that too!

For my 100th post, I’ll do something a little different.

You know, kind of like I’m winning an Emmy or an Oscar. . .and I’ll give my “Thank You” speech.
haha Lame? . . . Maybe. But HEY, I’m gonna do what I wanna do – It’s MY blog and I’ll cry if I want to! Of course, because I LOVE pictures, I’m going to include LOTS. . .all from various years!!!

So, first and foremost, I want to thank my awesome husband for all that he has done and all that he does for me. Sure, we have our moments, just like every couple in the world does, but I happen to think that ours are a lot less than some, and ours usually don’t last that long either. We’re fast compromisers. ha He is a good guy all around and treats me well. There are times when he is being a real bugger, but the good always makes up for those bad times. So, HONEY, thank you for being you and I LOVE YOU! 🙂

I feel I have to include Elvis and Jesse here too, since they’re included in our little “family.” They definitely put a smile on my face, EACH AND EVERY day. Especially on weekdays when I come home from work and they’re waiting for me RIGHT by the door! What a LOVELY sight to come home to every day!

Next, to my awesome parents. They’re the best parents that any child could ask for, REALLY! One of my fears is becoming a parent, and one of the main reasons is because I don’t think I could ever be such an AWESOME parent as the ones God gave me. They were caring, loving, giving, always VERY supportive, they never argued, etc., etc., etc. How can someone compare to that? I don’t know that I can. I’m scared. I just know that when I was given them as my parents, I was truly and honestly blessed! I LOVE YOU MOM & DAD!!
Photobucket

We were having a good ol’ time the morning of my wedding. This little leaf made us laugh for nearly 15 minutes. haha

Mom even made up a song and sang it to me on my wedding day.

To my in-laws. First my Mom-in-Law and my Dad-in-Law. You guys are awesome. I don’t know how I got so lucky when I was given you as my parent-in-laws either. I mean, what other family would have welcomed me into their family as you did?! I honestly feel like I have known each and every one of you my whole life, and honestly feel so comfortable around you guys!!! My Sister and Brother-in-Laws are awesome also. Again, I got lucky!!! I LOVE YOU Mom S. and Dad S.!
I just LOVE this picture. It is my awesome parents who raised me from the day I was born and my awesome parent-in-laws who took me in as I was one of them.
