It seems as though desserts is the topic of the day!
My sister goes to culinary/pastry school at SLCC; Forest Park.
This semester’s “big project” is a dessert bar that they have to come up with, make all the desserts and sell tickets for people to come in and try the desserts.
My sister is doing a Luau theme. Her dessert menu is as follows:
Strawberry Mousse Cake with Kiwi Gelee
Strawberry Mango Cheesecake
Key Lime Pie
Banana Crème Brulee
Coconut Cream Truffles
Key Lime White Chocolate Macadamia Nut
Passion Fruit and Raspberry Layered Mousse
Strawberry Daiquiri Sorbet
Mango Ice Cream
